As a customer service advisor, I would correspond with customers via email, live chat and telephone. I would take innovative too solve the customers issue/query in a timely and satisfactory manor. In my time at this role I would use various Microsoft software and many other computer systems. I also created and presented training manuals for new employees.

During my time working with JD Wetherspoons, I gained a lot of skill and experience in food and drink, customer service, cash handling, cleaning, cocktail making and serving and handling food. My main roles and responsibilities were tending the bar and serving tables. I also helped too train new staff as I was one of the trusted more experienced employees.

During my time at Marriott, I gained a lot of experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry aswell as more experience in the leisure industry. My main role was pool lifeguard, this meant I was in charge of health and safety for myself, staff and customers in the pool area. I also helped out on the leuisure reception desk - greeting members, taking bookings for classes etc, taking phone calls and answering any queries.
