Uphold hospital, organization, state board, and American Nurses Association professional and ethical standards. Provide care and interventions based on holistic care and optimal patient wellness. Identify and meet patients’ and family members’ physical and emotional needs. Implement infection precaution practices, per organization policies, to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Continuous evaluation of patients’ condition through precise assessment and critical thinking skills. Responsible use of supplies and equipment to ensure efficient care and budgetary goals are met. Care plan creation, revision, and fulfillment through patient/family-centered education interventions and resource management.
