I am "Alice in Wonderland" curious about human movement and physiology. This has led me down many rabbit holes. Learning about feet, biomechanics, Womans health and breathing, plus heat and cold exposure therapy. Out the other side (or perhaps further down, up and around!) I want to continue to learn and share in every way I can through education, clinical application, consulting, online programs...
