CurrentCreating understanding, promoting the Safety and Wellbeing policies and procedures that are in place to achieve zero work place accidentsEnsuring compliance with the Safety Standards System Overseeing the processing of claims that are being managed by our third party administratorFully conversant with, clearly communicate and demonstrate, safe work procedures and practices.Fully conversant with the ACC Partnership Programme requirements and able to clearly communicate these to the wider teamContributing to the development of a desired safety culture within the business by providing suggestions for improvement and participating in initiativesProvides feedback and coaching to line managers with the intent of ensuring their behaviour and leadership reflects the safety culture we are seeking to createContribute to continuous improvement by making suggestions to improve work systems, processes and procedures usedContribute to overall team effectiveness by sharing best practice and learning’s devised within designated regionBe a role model and take proactive approach to Safety and Wellbeing and the prevention of work place injuriesProvide reporting to managers and/or S&W Manager and continue to look for ways of providing relevant, meaningful data to our employee customers as requiredComplete monthly statistical analysis of all Safety and Wellbeing Reports, and examine the data for trends that impact nationally and within my designated area (a strength)Work with leaders and HR to understand insights and plan for corrective action particularly ensuring all document will stand up to external scrunityMonitor corrective actions for improvements and share insights nationallyPresent statistical analysis of all Safety and Wellbeing reportsProcessing Leadership Teams
