I have over 10 years of experience working in family business. This means that I changed quite a few roles during this time. The beginnings of getting to know the business in this area, learning about the metal industry, trials at every step, how to improve, where I can help the most, so that in the future I will be satisfied with the results of my efforts.Anyone who started learning about the family business at an early age will fully understand that it is necessary to have a lot of patience, to be curious, to try new methods and to look for solutions for the most efficient and healthy business path.During my studies at the Faculty of Education, I learned how to deal with human resources, which is the most important thing for me personally. I am an empathetic person, so this role was written for me. But because I am a person who always wants new knowledge, I continued my education.In my current role, I implement and oversee day-to-day operations, processes and strategies towards the overall mission and vision of the company.
