As bar (co)manager, I was responsible for ordering supplies, training staff, and hosting events with volunteers, and communicating with stakeholders. During my time in this position, we have made several major changes. One was introducing a cocktail menu to enhance our customers' experience. Another was the introduction of an onboarding process for our employees.
