Started TCU's first sexual assault prevention committee. Leading a team working to create more support systems and resources for sexual assault survivors, as well as working with school administration and on campus clubs to bolster existing preventive measures.

The Green Dot Prevention Strategy for College is a research-supported strategy shown to reduce interpersonal violence, including sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, and stalking on college campuses by equipping students and university employees with the skills needed to intervene in high-risk situations and model behaviors that create and strengthen healthy campus norms.

Primary responsibilities include assisting walk in and pre-order customers as the flow of service dictates. Additional responsibilities include stocking/bagging, cash handling, espresso/ coffee/tea prep, assisting in opening and/or closing procedures and daily sidework, and maintaining an organized and clean work space.

Responsible for running food, clearing and setting tables, and keeping front of house organized. Minor hostess component.

3 Year Co-president of GROW (Girls Reaching Others Worldwide) which is a student-run philanthropic club at Hathaway Brown. Held a series of fundraisers in the school community throughout the year. All profits are donated to local NGOs that apply to our organization. Grew club from 60 members to 250 by senior year. Responsible for organizing the annual calendar. Weekly lunch meetings with the board of deans. Developed skills of negotiation with administration. Cumulatively under my Presidency donated 50k to NGOs in the Cleveland area that applied for our grant.

Student-led and run journalistic online civic form and website. Have reached 60+ countries with an average of 1-2K reads monthly. Served as article contributor and outreach director prior to 2 year presidency. Under contributor role was responsible for monthly/bi-monthly articles on news pieces fixated with a student/youth perspective. Under outreach director was responsible for expanding contributor base beyond state boundaries and aquiring more monthly readers for the page.

Part-time Mitchells Ice Cream employee. Working 3-4 times a week. Responsible for taking care of guests and help to keep the shop organized. Also assigned to make menu items (waffle cones and ice cream cakes) use the register and help clean the shop.

Regularly designed and taught activities, run morning meetings, and planed events for the entire student body. Generally, helped organize the daily operations of Aspire. Observed students in classes and assisted in workshops. Because of the closeness in age to Aspire students, JTs are role models at Aspire.
