Responsibilities Being responsible for K-12 Education with students age range of 3 to 17 years old: teach students in accordance with their aptitude with company teaching martials and edit teaching plans at daily basis to satisfy students’ needs or solve anticipated problems.  Cooperating with foreign teachers to manage approximately 15 classes per week and give classes in English in turns. Teaching content includes an understanding of linguistic language and depth of cross-cultural knowledge according to class’ English proficiency. Recording and broadcasting a 10-minitues’ video regularly online, involving in English learning techniques mainly related to writing and grammar, along with self-prepared teaching resources. Collaborating with program advisers in communicating with parents by regularly holding semi-lectures of latest courses updates or school information for protentional customers, providing students’ performance review reports, offering teacher-parents conferences for individual’s needs, etc. Specialist in New Teacher Training Programs which assist in teachers’ development including organizing workshops for new teachers by inviting senior teachers to share experiences and resources, expand academic vision and provide professional and effective feedback. Editing and proof-promoting materials and promotion of outreach activities for schools, including the website, school brochure, social media and digital developments.  Organizing and planning large-scale events including EF English talent show, EF speech contest, etc. by establishing of event themes, marketing, seeking sponsor cooperation and contact reception guests etc.Key Achievements: 97% of students made apparent progress after one-month teaching & 15 % growth in school exam scores & 10% increase in student course recruitment.
