I started working in the Innovation field on the Future Trends Forum project (FTF) of the Bankinter Foundation of Innovation. This project is one the initiatives within the Accenture´s Innovaction Program. I was part of the InnovAction team, where we work every day to generate wealth through innovation. Our initiatives were part of three strategic objectives: dissemination across all fields, cultural transformation of our people, specific services to our clients (innovation trainning, innovation management, trends observatory, etc.). We connected different actors in the innovation arena in Spain: big companies, startups, Universities, etc. I was also in charge of the dissemination of the accenture innovation activity (media, newsletter, etc)

My professional career began in the change management consulting area (now Talent & Organization), working primarily on projects for financial services clients.The first seven years, I had the opportunity to work on diverse projects, both in their nature and in their geographical location. From projects of change management (training, communication and support in transformation iniciatives) in Chile, Mexico, or Sabadell through assessment and improvement projects for the Human Resources Function in Extremadura, or commercial dynamism projects in La Coruña. I worked too in the design of corporate Universities. At the same time I was part of the executive marketing team of the Accenture Talent and Organization unit.
