Key Responsibilities:• Coordination of international proposal preparations (Interreg, ESA, etc.)• Organising of national and international workshops, conferences• Coordination of international professional cooperation • Keeping contacts with international organisations• Permanent correspondent of EuroGeographics • Organizing of receiving international delegations• Translating, editing publications and booklets• Translating articles, tender documentations, contracts

• Supporting the General Director with his international affairs, interpretation, travel arrangements, presentations, checking documents • Keeping contacts with managers, controlling tasks, deadlines, escalating issues and following up on resolutions• Facilitate collaboration across various stakeholders of the company, e.g. engineering, researching, legal, finance team• Managing, checking all incoming and outgoing official documents • Problem solving and reporting towards management • Coordination of implementation of the new document control system; creating training materials, training of other colleagues • Organising workshops, meetings, client events• Working together with managers, human resource and legal department to resolve complex problems• Dealing with tight deadlines

Key responsibilities:• Cooperate with customers and satellite image distributors (France, Canada, USA) • Solve incoming queries from customers• Provide technical support over the phone and via e-mail to users• Work together with colleagues to share information, collaborate on problem solving and identify major service issues• Follow up and ensure timely delivery of orders• Participating in remote sensing projects – processing, analysing, interpretation of optical satellite images, field work

• Establishing, coordinating the Regional GIS Laboratory• Initiating of GIS in the everyday work of plant protection and soil conservation experts• Creating the digital soil maps and soil database of Hajdú-Bihar County• Supporting the work of local public authorities by GIS
