Dr. Evans was raised in rural Tennessee with big dreams of becoming a veterinarian. After graduating from veterinary school she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to take a position as an Associate at a thriving small animal practice followed by a year as an emergency room clinician focusing on acute trauma and critical care. In 2015, Dr. Evans formed City Pets Animal Care, LLC to meet the growing needs of millennial pet owners in the downtown Nashville area. The full-service hospital opened in April, 2017 and offers cutting-edge technology, advanced diagnostics and the latest in gold standard therapeutics. City Pets Animal Care caters to pet parents who demand the best for their four legged family members including cryosurgery, vaccine titer testing, acupuncture, chiropractics, advanced hospice care and pain control, as well as house call euthanasia. City Pets offers all of its services in a fear-free environment with an open door policy so that pets and their parents receive the best care while minimizing stress and inconvenience. Her private practice interests include medicine, nutrition, surgery and radiology. Her professional interests also include business and finance, public health, politics, media and education.
