As an employee of Menzies Aviation I'm fully dedicated to British Airways operation and I coordinate the ground handling service supplier and agencies, support and work with BA Airport Manager to ensure the delivery of operational customer service standards.I conduct Service Level Agreement audits on behalf of the APM and provide APM with comprehensive shift and supporting performance reports.I make sure that all airport activities are achieved in compliance with BA corporate safety and local security standards.
