Kilig is a legal advisory services firm where I provide legal advice to selected start-ups in my spare time.

The Planhat customer platform helps modern technology companies increase customer lifetime value. We are in hyper growth but just getting started and I am building the legal function to scale with the business.

As CLO I was responsible for the Legal and Compliance function of Hero Gaming Group and Board Secretary, successfully navigating a number of market changing regulatory changes in various jurisdictions as well as setting up innovative joint ventures and securing solid contractual arrangements both with external parties and within the group. My final project was managing the transaction whereby Hero's Swedish sites were sold to Paf summer of 2021.

I led the firm's privacy group through the GDPR entering into force, with record breaking billing for the firm. Following that, I was on a 4-month secondment in London with AWS.

At NetEnt, I was the sole counsel in Sweden. I was primarily managing corporate governance (the company was then listed on NASDAQ), incentive programs, intellectual property- and privacy matters.

Provided services to all companies within the group, spanning over 18 different jurisdictions. Key areas included corporate governance (NASDAQ-listed) incl. board secretarial and investor relations, drafting and negotiating agreements on a daily basis, employment law, intellectual property and privacy/data protection.

The company was a successful player in the (then emerging) online affiliation industry (nowadays more of an online marketing advisory firm). The core of then-current business is now Acroud.com. The group had operative offices in locations such as US, UK, Canada, Malta, Estonia and Curacao. I started as legal counsel in a team of three lawyers but was subsequently soley responsible for all legal issues within the group as General Counsel.

Advised key clients on issues primarily related to acquisitions, corporate governance and employment, drafting agreements and reports for share- and asset transfers and due diligence reviews. I was also part of a small recruitment team, interviewing and assessing potential employees and representing the firm in connection with employer branding.
