- Manage the day-to-day running of the company and perform multiple financial management duties (planning, budget preparation, expense tracking, revenue management, controlling, reporting, funding, managing payroll, invoicing), ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations- Responsible for contract management, procurement, negotiating independently- Organizing educational programs and related events, being the first point of contact for participants, corporate partners and all other stakeholders

- Long-term assessment of competitive pricing strategies & establish prices for passenger cars- Work closely with different markets’ management, European product / finance teams and commercial vehicle pricing to optimize overall profitability / market share- Provide guidance and assist markets and brand managers with the development of product strategy and specifications, including future model programs - Make reports/presentations for Senior Management on a regular and ad hoc basis

- Monthly forecasting and quarterly closing, working with 25 European Markets to provide timely explanation of the close results and deviations from forecast- Work directly with the local Finance teams to coordinate the input and understanding of Variable Marketing Forecasts, Budgets and Business Plans for 25 European markets- Lead the calculation and provision of the Variable Marketing Cash-flow forecast for Ford of Europe, providing support on forecast model improvement/development

- Controlling and monthly reporting of expenses and revenues, work on monthly closes, account reconciliations, forecasts and annual budget preparation- Analyse volumes, variable marketing incentives, fixed marketing expenses, operating expenses and other revenue account actuals to explain variances vs. budget and forecasts- Prepare proposals and work closely with the Sales team. Provide financial support and control to the Sales/Product/Marketing and Pricing teams- Review pricing proposals, fleet support papers, growth plans, internal control documentation

- Provide day to day leadership and task management of a team of 3 - Deal with ad-hoc queries, implement new processes & manage escalations- Liaise with IBM functional teams & maintain regular contact with other SMEs - Overseeing the integration of legacy Business Partner contracts to standard IBM Business Partner contracts- Being the first point of contact within Software Business Partner Operations for a given acquisition- Ensuring credit is available to facilitate orders by working with Channel Sales to obtain forecast data- Facilitating credit line issue resolution with Channel Sales and IBM Global Financing- Reporting to the senior management

- Providing financial analysis, profit results and trends - Leading planning, estimation and process improvements- Reconciliation of invoices against firm systems- Periodic reporting & trend analyses- Purchase ledger matching, batching and coding invoices- Handling general vendor and internal client questions regarding status and payment of invoices
