As a Curriculum Specialist at North Panola School District, I collaborate with teachers, principals, and district leaders to design and implement effective instructional strategies that meet the diverse needs of our students. I have a Master's of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, and over 10 years of experience as a principal and teacher in various schools.I am passionate about improving student achievement and creating a positive learning environment for all. Some of my accomplishments include increasing the school letter grade by 33 points in one year, raising the science scores from 17% to 57% in one year, and ensuring 97% of 3rd graders pass the MKAS summative assessment. I also established a successful school leadership team, and supported 86% of exceptional education students to score proficient and advanced. I am skilled in data analysis, educational administration, and educational management, and I constantly seek to learn and grow as a curriculum specialist and a leader.
