Serves as the primary Staff Coordinator for the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-1, screens and processes all Human Resources (HR) actions for staffing and processing of critical personnel documents for a directorate consisting of 104 personnel. Apply knowledge of basic HR rules, procedures, and operations sufficient to accomplish routine support tasks within the HR office; serves as a liaison between G-1 front office and G-1 directorate by providing accurate and timely advice on procedures, programming and scheduling briefings. Responsible for managing the Tasker Management Tracker for the G-1 directorate and ensuring all directorates respond accurately and timeliness to all tasks. Responsible for maintaining accountability and reporting the daily status of all military personnel in the directorate. Uses a Personal Computer (PC) to enter data, complete forms, and correct errors and omissions in HR documents, files, and records. Prepare HR documents with complicated formatting, e.g., headers and footers; and electronically extract, revise, or sort information from files, records, or databases. Plan, coordinate, develop facts, and/or resolve support problems in one or more HR specialties. Use online HR resources to obtain information accessible over the Internet, as needed. Research minor complaints or problems and summarize HR facts and issues.
