TICW creates an open and safe field, and enables the busy business managers in a team to get solid common view of the situation to be discussed, get deeply connected by sharing root-touching life/work experience, and unleash courage to creatively work out the solutions to the problems need to be solved to deal with the business challenges. Each team member plays with Lego bricks, build his/her own genuine point of view of the workshop topics in the Lego Models, share with colleagues, reach deep common understanding of the topics discussed, and work out feasible action plans for implementation.
