Current- Support the Talent Management Team in all operating tasks that advance the People Team’s mission to have Hudl “Be the Best Place to Work in Sports Technology” - Lead the quarterly company-wide employee core value and manager impact recognition program through creative project planning, cooperation with Brand Marketing and Corporate Communications, c-suite stakeholder management, and globally inclusive practices- Plan and execute 40 events for 120+ interns in partnership with Workplace Operations Interns, blending professional development and social engagement to create a rewarding internship experience, resulting in a 91% overall favorability rating for 2024- Assist the Talent Development Team in delivery and evaluation of the Hudl Development Program, a ten-week cohort-based internal mobility program designed to equip 29 early-career employees with business knowledge, connections, and skills for long-term success- Help manage new hire orientation for the Learning & Development team by preparing 213 personalized new hire swag boxes, fostering a sense of belonging and culture during employees’ first week
