EVA stands for: E-xceptional communicator, V-ersatile skill set and adaptability, A-lways striving to learn from others Throughout my life, I have always been passionate about using my skills to learn and help the people around me. With this approach to life, I am currently a Human Resources Intern at Hudl in Lincoln, Nebraska. I assist the Organizational Development, Learning and Development, and Talent Development teams, under the Talent Management team. The Talent Management team strategically builds and delivers impactful development pathways to empower employees in their personal and professional growth. I get to learn from talented industry professionals and see the real impact of my work and behaviors. Beyond my internship, I served on my sorority’s governing council as Vice President from November 2022 to November 2023 and had the privilege of leading 173 members alongside 7 other governing council officers.Throughout these opportunities, I have been able to further my passion for helping those around me and driving change. I am eager to pursue a career in the Human Resources industry, dedicated to helping organizations maintain a cohesive, inclusive, and successful culture. As a senior graduating in May 2025 at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln double majoring in Management and Marketing, I am excited to finish my education, and I look forward to my professional career.
