In my private practice I work with clients using an eclectic approach, depending on clients goals and needs for therapy. DOH trainer to EMS and Trauma Care (EMSTC) Regional Councils; assist Regional Councils in implementation of statute and rules governing their activities and audits.Provide technical assistance and guidance to EMS and Trauma Care (EMSTC) Councils and administrative staff relating to development and implementation of Regional EMSTC Plans.Assist Regional EMSTC Councils in analyzing issues and developing mitigation strategies. Provide technical assistance to EMSTC Regions in analyzing EMS Resource needs.

Provide individual counseling and skills group training to individuals who can benefit from participating in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. This is an evidence-based treatment for patients who are diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and other mental health diagnoses.

Planning and communications work for the Washington State Developmental Disabilities Council (DDC) The DDC is a federally-funded agencies directed by law to work to include the voice of people with developmental disabilities and their families in the development of integrated, individual/family centered services which enable people to live the most inclusive life possible. Current projects include quality assurance activities (Core Indicators, Home and Community Based Services Waiver QA Committee and Informing Families Building Trust.
