EMENT OFFICER | DAMAN | FEBRUARY 2013 – PRESENT) .Implements and administers a preventative maintenance program. .Prepare the daily or weekly expenses report , seek approval and submit the same to the Finance department. .Presents daily job assignments for the day for each team member. .Provides detailed administration of attendance, punctuality, and use of sick leave, payroll, overtime records, employee evaluations, discipline, and other administrative tasks as needed. .Reviews, revises and publishes schedules on a regular basis. .Provides specific reports on emergencies or any major item in an inoperative state overnight, weekends, or longer. .To raise and complete requisition forms for purchasing any materials and seek approval there from for the inception to completion. .Assess and maintain records of the current condition of all essential facilities and equipment in the building. .Prepare pertinent records and reports for the safety service division of the institution to detect problems as early as possible to develop back-up systems for common problems such as power shortages. .Conduct monthly inspections on (including but not limited to) Elevators, fire safety systems, Electrical equipment, Fire extinguishers and their panels, ACs, and water chillers. .Conduct daily inspections of the catering quality. . Reviewing and checking and liaise with the legal department for the renewal agreements of Daman contractors including but not limited to: scope of work, agreement terms & conditions, payment terms and negotiate the prices. .Creating the FM filing system and third party contractors' system (Log, Required supporting documents, preparing visit plan, maintenance task log, task assignment). .Supervising the maintenance and reception team, and all third party contracts

.Developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and setting project schedules..Understanding clients' needs and the needs of the people using the building, developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs. .Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project. .Producing 'sample' or 'mood' boards for presentation to clients. .Sourcing products, e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration and dressing, and providing samples for clients. .Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software. .Working in a team with other designers. .supervising work at the design stage and on site; .working closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules on larger projects, with architects and other design professionals to determine the best use of space, and with manufacturers and contractors .Hands on experience in both designing and design implementation, and the ability to Interact & coordinate with design & execution teams to ensure that the works are being carried out as per the design documents, specifications, etc.
