In the shorter possible time.Pilates Method, sound massage, Ancient Greek massage are some of these tools.My mission is to provide my patients with a full range of manual therapy services for their specific needs. To do so, I integrate evidence-based practice and evidence-informed care to create a comfortable environment for the patients to engage in physical activity and improve overall health. This will allow them to perform tasks more efficiently in their everyday lives with greater ease. In order to accomplish this I incorporate different techniques and exercises to maximize our potential. These methods help people recover from injuries, increase mobility, relax, rest and return to activities of daily living
