I planned the daily itinerary for a variety of length canoe trips for 10-12 yearold girls, including planning and facilitating daily meals. After campers completed an initial basic training period, theother staff and I would train our campers how to safely canoe, set up camp, cook, and gather and saw wood. Ourgoal was to help facilitate an acceptable level of efficacy in wilderness survival in each of our wards.
