EL Khalil Foundation (EKF), is a local Foundation established by The El-Khalil Family in 2003 with the purpose of assisting the people of The Hasbaya-Marjeyoun Districts through various programs that will help improve their conditions on personal, social, and business levels. To achieve this, The EKF aims to build upon three pillars:1. Improving the quality of Education2. Women Empowerment, Youth development and Leadership and,3. Back in January 2021, I joined the Rotaract club of Aley as a guest, a year later, I was assigned the position of the Mentorship Director. My duties involve;- Keeping a focused eye on new guests and ensuring the integrity and inclusion within our club,- Tracking member and guests performance in the club- Creating a circle of communication where all individuals in the club express themselves freely and safely- Being the spokesperson of every guest/member- Creating portfolios for members as a way to track their performance and achievements in the club- Ensuring safe, entertaining, and productive communication between everyone in the club.- Mentoring and guiding whoever seeks guidance within our club on various matters.
