I give pulse talks to pupils at schools inviting them to use their chance to participate in the seminar. I explain the seminar's logic and motivate the students to sign up.

I research the current and future trends concerning the working environment at the IBE (Institut für Beschäftigung and Employability) at the university of applied sciences in Ludwigshafen. I love how my work contents and daily bits of new knowledge come together with the course material of the MBA I am completing next year. PionierGarage is the student association for entrepreneurship at the Karlsruhe Institute of Karlsruhe (KIT). They invite students to think about entrepreneurship and turn their knowledge into startup ideas.I am proud to say that as head of finance I ensured PionierGarage's non-profit character. I am also proud to have become the first woman to lead the PionierGarage. True founding spirit is looking at the world, recognizing what needs improvement /solution and getting to work to solve that problem - while truly believing that you can make a difference.With Pioniergarage I went on startup tours to Zurich, Berlin, Karlsruhe and to the famous Silicon Valley. My key take aways from my valuable time at PionierGarage:- A Team truly working together is more important than the idea.- A good product solves real problems of customers.Today I support the PionierGarage as a coach and work with startup teams that work in the Launchpad (PionierGarage's incubator).

I grew up in a car dealership and decided to work there for two years between High School and going to university. I wanted to know how cars and the company function. Having worked physically 6 days a week has made me appreciate the value of hard labour, the value of team work and what it takes to earn a living. I also attended vocational school during these two years and earned my official Certificate of Apprenticeship. I know these two years might seem out of place to some readers. However, I frequently refer to these experiences and would definitely do these two years again. I learned so much about myself, how a small company works, what it takes to enable people to truly work together, the responsibility of working on cars, the appreciation for the wonders of engineering and much more. I know these two years contribute to how I behave towards people and this attitude makes me a better coach today.
