Marketing Coordinator
Current- Leads and manages all pursuit production efforts- Prepares interview materials (PowerPoints, boards, placemats, etc.)- Creates project write ups and works with project team to keep up to date- Creates and maintains resumes for technical staff- Creates bi-weekly Atlanta Business Unit newsletter- Coordinates and produces marketing and sales collateral for the Atlanta Business Unit- Coordinates and assists with jobsite and office events as needed- Works as part of a team to support company goals by engaging with Atlanta Business Unit leadership- Assists with industry tradeshows and booth setup- Coordinates with operations teams to schedule final photography of projects- Works with the Corporate Marketing/Communications Team to elevate local Atlanta storytelling (internal communications, social media posts, etc.)- Attends networking and industry events in support of business development efforts.
