Fun-loving, budget-friendly, and eco-conscious wedding & event planner who loves love! I have been a full-time Associate Planner with Emily Katherine Events for going on 3 years, and worked with the company in a part-time capacity since 2018. As an Associate Planner, I work with couples to create their dream wedding. This includes being their liaison with vendors such as venue, florists, photographers, videographers, caterers, rental companies, DJs, bands, photo booths, and more. I even help our couples book quirkier vendors such as tarot card readers or bouncy house rentals - anything to bring their unique vision to life. Additionally, I have much experience with skills such as layout design, contract management, timeline creation, and budget guidance.The best part of my job, however, is the day of my couples' events. On those special days, my couples have me for 10 hours to ensure that their events go as smoothly as possible. I am in charge of the timeline and directing the other vendors on the wedding team to keep everything on track. Further day-of duties include getting the venue setup according to the couples' vision in a timely manner, directing the ceremony from behind-the-scenes, and making sure that my couples' get the most out of their day. It's my job to worry about logistics so that they don't have to!I love making connections with other people who share a passion for the event & wedding industry such as I do.
