As a Customer Advocate I assist customers by processing basic daily transactions and answering banking questions. I keep a cash drawer balanced daily and I keep the vault balanced daily. I also prepare wire transfers, international currency orders, federal currency shipments in and out of the branch, process night drop transactions, and balance and service ATMs and coin counters. As a Lead Customer Advocate I make weekly schedules and perform quarterly surprise audits on Customer Advocates, the vault, and the ATM. I assist the Branch Manager in making sure all Customer Advocates are up to date on current policies and processes and assist with difficult customer interactions to insure the customer gets the best experience possible.

I assist my manager in the daily operations of our store which include opening and closing the store, assisting customers, processing weekly shipments, running the cash register, and updating scheduled and unscheduled marketing changes. I also work to organize and train a staff of about 5 associates in efforts to make sure everyone is working together to create an excellent customer experience.
