Prior Electrolux, I was responsible for HR on a Group level in the Haglöfs group. This included e.g. HR and workforce planning, culture and performance management, rewards, leadership and talent management. Prior joining Haglöfs, I was the acting HR Manager for adidas Group in the Nordics, with overall HR and payroll responsibilities, managing a team of five employees. Prior that, I was an HR Business Partner and Nordic Talent Development Manager at adidas group. Previously, I worked within Talent Management at Unilever where I gained experience from working with e.g leadership development programmes, talent management processes and employer branding on both a strategic and operational level. Prior Unilever, I was the Research Manager Nordic at Alumni AB, which is the Nordics' leading professional consultancy firm within HR- and leadership services. Besides my managerial responsibilities I was involved in internal business development projects, e.g. expanding Alumni’s business in the Nordic region and increasing the quality and efficiency of internal processes, continuously working towards a best practise research function and operational processes.I have an open mindset and I am driven by new experiences.
