Eva Van Anglen is AVEDA's Senior Manager of Global Product Development. Her background is over 15 years of beauty industry experience, starting her career as a licensed cosmetologist behind the chair. Throughout her last 10 years with the brand she has worked in the North America field supporting salons and stores, driven professional launches and education as a hair color technical specialist, and developed new product launches as a subject matter expert in partnership with the global development and marketing teams. Eva now focuses full time on Global Product Development and is passionate about driving new product innovation in partnership with artist insight and collaboration especially in the world of professional hair. She works closely with the Research and Development, Marketing, Claims, Education, Packaging, and Supply Chain teams to deliver successful launches centered around the brand mission and the beauty of art+science.
