As the Social Innovation Navigator I support the Social Innovation Hub and U Calgary's Social Innovation Initiative efforts to facilitate access and full engagement in the social innovation ecosystem by researchers, innovators, and students — with a focus on improving existing systems, scaling best practices, and creating positive community impact.

As a leader in the Calgary arts community, Esker Foundation connects the public to contemporary art through relevant, accessible, and educational exhibitions, programs, and publications. Esker Foundation reflects on current developments in local, regional, and international culture; creates opportunities for public dialogue; and supports the production of groundbreaking new work, ideas, and research.During my time at Esker I created experiential programs for the public, and in collaboration with community organizations. I initiated Esker Youth Engagement (EYE), including workshops, a youth gallery and mentorship program.
