She is a graduate of the George Washington University, where she received her BA in Chinese Language and Literature, as well as a minor in International Affairs. As a highly capable Air Force ROTC Cadet with Detachment 130, she gained four years of military leadership experience, specifically in project management with diverse teams of different modalities, marketing and public relations, and in generating high-quality deliverables.
