Recognizing the opportunity for growth and expansiveness when ROE Visual was on the brink of developing a new Fixed Installation Product Line, I transitioned into the Sales Department at the end of 2018. In this department, I had the chance to enrich my knowledge of the market and products, a venture I carried out until July 2019.

My professional journey took off in ROE Visual, where I had the privilege of being the Assistant to the General Manager, Jason Lu. During my tenure at this globally recognized LED display manufacturer, my role was multifaceted and equipped me with a vast range of key competencies.Job Responsibilities:1. Managerial Support:As the direct assistant to the General Manager, I provided administrative and managerial support, which included scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, maintaining official records, and communicating with internal and external parties on behalf of the General Manager.2. Project Coordination:Coordinated important projects under the guidance of the General Manager, ensuring they adhered to stipulated timelines and quality standards.3.
