Conduct research, surveys and interviews to gain understanding of clients' business; identify problems and detect issues, then investigate methods to resolve them; use business models to assist making recommendations to clients in terms of strategies, operation excellence, financing and business analytics; compile and extract useful information and strive to present findings in highly effective visuals and writings

Work closely with banking and credit units to identify industry weaknesses in line with the Bank’s exposures to help assess investment quality at portfolio level. Design stress scenarios; organize meetings to bring banking, credit and other supporting groups to reach agreements on the scenarios; calculate corresponding expected losses and compile results and prepared review decks for executives and board for important investment decision making.

Rotated through four risk groups: fixed income risk management, corporate credit adjudication, risk and capital analytics, and enterprise risk management.

Worked as a key member in the Business Intelligence team. Oversaw the production of the monthly suite of management reports used to assess client and sector performances. Provided regular and ad-hoc analysis to executive-level presentations, including strategy, risk, and sector/product group review.
