I am employed by Esmark Ferieudlejning A/S as Bureau Manager and head of HR. I am responsible for the running of the office in Søndervig as well as head of HR for Esmark Ferieudlejning A/S. This implies recruitment, pension agreements, courses. preparations of various procedures etc. In addition, I also handles Esmark´s insurances - internal and insurances.

I was employed as a Staff Consultant at Ringkøbing-Skjern Kommune. I make payroll for employment and prepares employment agreements, sparring with head of departments plus various ad hoc tasks.I was the administrator for the recruitment system and an electronic drive recording system.In parallel I was studying Kommunom.

• When I started in the business, my main focus was the German temps. I made sure their health insurance and miscellaneous tax information was up to date, and register the data.For the last 7 years my focus has been:
• Candidate interviews,
• competence clarification,
• customer visits,
• making the best match between customer and candidate,
• serving customers and temps, both by person and by phone,

Hammerum

I finished my degree working for Woodman a/s after Domicil Danmark filled for bankruptcy. My job was to handle complaints from Woodmans largest German customer. This included a lot of correspondence with the employees from the furniture chain in German – both written and by phone. Our focus was to make the process as simple and user-friendly as possible.

Sørvad

I worked as a trainee in a company that solely exported to the German market. The last year of my employment I had the sole responsibility for the accounts Payable and I participated equally with the rest of the employee in order processing – this included custom manufacture of exclusive furniture and kitchens. I corresponded with the engineering.
