I'm passionate about corporate culture and employee experience, dedicating almost 40 years of my professional career to ensure that organizations have the best internal communication plans to increase the rate of employee engagement, an essential factor in achieving good business results, excellent brand reputation, pride of belonging and the best talent. I am currently a freelance consultant and senior advisor on topics such as Employee Experience, Internal Communication, Business Culture, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I am also the leader of Lean In Network Barcelona, an association of more than 1500 members dedicated to inspiring and supporting professional women. I am a collaborator of initiatives such as Hipatia, and STEM Women Congress that fight to achieve a more just and egalitarian society. I try to be active with frequent presence in the media and participating in conferences, forums, and workshops where I share my experience and good practices, always trying to leave a positive impact.For several years I have been an active member of the boards and executive committees of several entities such as the Fundació Catalunya Cultura, Sant Cugat Empresarial, Respon.cat, Clúster Hábitat and the BCD. In 2022, I received two awards in recognition of my career and dedication to women's equality: the STEM Woman of the Year Award and the Honorary Award of the ADE Vallès association.
