I am a London based Certified Interpreter of English and Spanish (by the Spanish Foreign Office) trained at the United Nations and the International Atomic Energy Agency (Austria) following the completion of a BA in Translating and Interpreting with Catalan, German and Russian at the University of Alicante. I am skilled in Language Development, Literary Writing, Sworn Translation, International Relations, English and Russian. My big interest in Russia took me to study and work in Moscow at the age of 19 and led me to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) at University College London (SSEES) focused on Russian Politics, Russian Foreign Policy and Russian to English Translation, and a Doctorate Studies Diploma in Slavic Philology (Russian Literary Translation) at University of Granada. Once I 'completed' my specialisation in Russia I decided to follow another of my big interests. Since 2012 I have been developing my own Yoga and Aromatherapy business offering naturally scented handcrafted products alongside Yoga tuition to customers from all walks of life. These include athletes, celebrities, inmates in London prisons and clients in the U.K. and overseas through retreats I have led in Indonesia, India, Bhutan and Japan. Originally trained in Hatha Yoga in London and Salt Lake City (Utah),I am accredited by The British Wheel of Yoga and registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals at 3000h+ level. My research focuses on the role that yoga plays on our mental health particularly in the field of Neurodivergency. I am passionate about Crime Analysis and Prevention, Policing, Wellbeing at Work, Rehabilitation and the Justice System and I am expanding my career through a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience at Birkbeck University of London with accreditation from The British Psychological Society.In parallel to the above (2008-2019) I held three main roles in global project and asset management assisting UHNWI at Chairman level in a business and private capacity within the spheres of the Visual Arts and a FTSE 100 commodities company.When not on a Yoga mat or catching up on Russia I will be hopefully spending time either playing the violin with my child or exploring the great outdoors -with a soft spot for the Spanish Pyrenees and the Cantabrian bears- in the company of friends and family.I find these mottos very inspiring:"Where love is deep, much can be accomplished" Shinichi Suzuki"Ring the bells that still can ring.
