Experienced Credit Manager, Compliance Manager, and Project manager in the Consumer Credit Business. I have over five years of experience in leading credit-related projects, optimizing credit and anti-money laundering (AML) processes, optimizing credit risk, GDPR, and ensuring compliance of the credit department with applicable regulations, and providing expertise and advice to other company projects. I have a passion for credit processes, credit analysis, credit registers, AML processes, privacy GDPR and digitalization, and I am always looking for new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness and compliance of our credit operations and systems.In my previous roles as a compliance and legal manager and a credit and dunning department manager at UNIGRO, I gained extensive experience in translating new regulations into company processes, implementing GDPR, adapting the credit register processes, managing the operational team, and coordinating with external experts. I also played a key role in the new ERP enterprise resource planning project, as a business partner within the credit department.
