I have worked in the horticulture industry growing, designing, landscaping and in sales but I always find myself drawn back to production. Seeing a plug through to finish is rewarding but the challenge of staying vigilant and quickly responding to needs and issues before a crop goes off track is what really keeps me engaged. I love tracking processes and progress to keep improving quality and streamlining efficiency. Sharing this excitement with my team and giving them the knowledge and skills to produce a quality product that we can all be proud of is very fulfilling.Strengths include planning and consistent execution, training and leadership, and an enthusiasm for progress and improvement.
