With over twenty years experience in education and training I am an advocate of Teaching Assistants and Early Years professionals. At Alpha International Training we are currently delivering qualifications and training in over 50 countries, building TA and early years practice, supporting teachers and senior leaders in implementing best practice. I'm particularly interested in coaching and mentoring, creative thinking, growth mindset and marginal gains, creating unique methodologies to support early years settings, schools and organisations to work with teams to reach their potential through building confidence and striving towards a shared vision.
