I manage our voice of customer/client program from survey design/launch, data analysis and feedback implementation leveraging Qualtrics XM tools. With 20+ Cresset offices across the country, I also work with our Office Experience team to deliver a consistent and signature guest experience nationwide. I lead employee volunteer efforts and corporate philanthropy initiatives across the firm as part of Cresset’s corporate social responsibility program. Before joining Cresset in 2017, I was the regional Marketing Events Coordinator for Boston Consulting Group. I managed all aspects of client event coordination from event conceptualization, stakeholder management/communications, venue selection/management, budget tracking, guest list management and post-event follow ups. Prior to this role I was part of BCG's Business Services Team supporting two senior partners with calendar management, travel arrangements & project management. I also partnered with the local giving back team to support non-profit organizations across Chicago. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family in Chicago. I also enjoy reading, cooking and practicing and teaching yoga.
