As a Partnership Intern, Eva responsible to:(1) Managed partnership collaboration with 13 banks partner (BCA, Mandiri, CIMB, BRI, BNI, etc.) and 5 E-Wallet partner (DANA, Shopeepay, etc.).(2) Spearheaded in creating Master Deck for Flip's Accept Payment (AP) Flow which act as the main resource of information needed for end-to-end AP journey (From Product Flow, Registration Flow, Pricing, etc.) for Flip's team internal guidelines.(3) Partake in API integration, rollout transaction, and any fee charging issues(4) Resolved daily-transaction issued in Banks, E-Wallet, B2B, and B2C with Operations, Product, Reconciliations, and other related team.(5) Assisted in Accept Payment and E-wallet project with B2B Sales and Operations.(6) Prepared needed MoU and technicals documents for partner and internal team.
