Clear Business Outcome is a specialist consultancy, focusing fully on helping clients to refine their business process and business computer systems by implementing an IT strategy based around ERP software such as Epicor to identify areas which can be reshaped to become more cost effective.I am currently working as the Operations Director within Clear Business Outcome were I am primarily responsible for liaison with customers and partners around the world. My role as Operations Director also has me responsible for overseeing the continued smooth running of the day to day processes at Clear Business Outcome, monitoring the daily activity reports of our consultants allows me to ensure the continued progress of all of our ERP projects. I run the business using the same ERP software that we sell which enables me to understand the ERP systems that our customers and our consultants are working with.The best part of being Operations Director is having the opportunity to apply my linguistics and social skills to help our customers and partners find a smooth path that will further the growth of their business.Our ERP projects have been utilised to refine the computer systems within many different sectors, primarily the manufacturing, distribution, engineering and service industries, bringing the same level of expertise to each project regardless of its size. Prior to taking on the Operations Director position at the IT strategy consultancy Clear Business Outcome, I ran my own business offering tutoring in languages for primary and preschool students.Using my expertise in languages I provided both French and Spanish lessons, using innovative teaching methods to ensure that lessons were both engaging and highly beneficial. I also offered GCSE coaching to assist students in the run up to the exams, I am pleased to say that with my coaching all of my students were able to improve their grades.Assisting others to reach their true potential remains a key part in my current work as Operations Director, where I identify areas that can be developed to improve and broaden the skill sets of our ERP software specialists, who are experts in managing Epicor ERP projects . This all ensures that Clear Business Outcome remains a leader in implementing clear IT strategy to maximise the efficacy of business processes. I also came into regular liaison with parents answering queries related to my teaching service such as the benefits it would bring to their children’s language skills. Prior to taking the role of Operations Director at Clear Business Outcome I worked as a logistics coordinator at Freudenberg Technical Products, an international German owned company providing products for a wide range of markets including the motor industry.Working within the motor industry sector of Freudenberg I was responsible for assisting in the logistical movement of a range of car parts, from oil seals to hydraulics. The processing and maintenance of shipping orders I performed in this role was very similar to my current work at Clear Business Outcome, where as Operations Director I process sales orders for ERP software such as EPICOR.I was also responsible for overseeing the shop floor which provided me with ample opportunity to converse with customers about their needs and expectations. This allowed me to apply the linguistic skills I had acquired throughout my education and begin to hone them to a highly proficient level.Dealing with a range of foreign clients allowed me to develop many techniques for delivering understandable linguistics to clients.
