I am a marketing veteran with over 20 years of experience. I spent most of my tenure in Capital One's brand marketing department, where I managed several business lines and developed and executed their marketing strategies. My team and I won the prestigious "Circle of Excellence" award for launching one of our co-branded partnerships. This is a distinction that only 2% of our company has earned.In addition to my marketing experience, I spent several years as a client development manager and was the single point of contact for over 30 external affinity partners. I launched each of their co-branded credit card partnerships and also managed the program shutdown. Formerly, I was the sole marketing contact for our 55-person campus recruiting, and 200+ person small business sales/trade shows teams.Previously, I was a process manager for Capital One’s Small Business department. I partnered with the department's executives and leadership teams to help them become well-managed and focused on process excellence. I earned my Six Sigma Green Belt certification through ASQ in December 2020.I also served as a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations for Oracle, where I managed a $70+ million budget for our complex global marketing team of 500+ talented individuals. My role consisted of budgeting, financial management, accruals, purchase orders, invoicing, vendor management, headcount analysis and forecasting, and financial analysis. I was the trusted financial and operations advisor for the leadership team.Today, I am a Vice President at Barclays, where I am the General Manager for a large retail partnership.
