I work at the 'Brand & Customer Value Management' department and I am responsiblefor all social media communication from brand perspective. These are a couple of examples of projects I am proud to have worked on: the online brand campaign "#roze", the launch of the new rateplan 'Stel Samen & Stel Bij', the 4GMax activities, the social media celebration 10 years of shops and the many new handsets and products that were launched and promoted. My main tasks are: - Responsibilty for maintaining T-Mobile’s social media calendar. I coordinate, create and monitor all content posted on T-Mobile’s Facebook-page ‘T-Mobile NL’ and the Twitter accounts 'News' and ‘Webcare’. At the same time, I coordinate the calendar for T-Mobile's Youtube, Google Plus and LinkedIn accounts. A close cooperation is maintained with other departments such as Marketing, Digital Service, Corporate Communications, Retail/Etail and Technology. - Optimization: I draft monthly reports providing management information to optimize the social content. Key factors such as Interactions, Reach, Engagement and Sentiment are taken into account.- Responsibility for writing and editing the T-Mobile blogs for http://blogs.t-mobile.nl. Blogs I write are published using my full name 'Eva Dekker’.- Maintain a close cooperation with advertisement and media agencies Etcetera, Red Urban, MediaCom and Yieldr.

Working at the 'Internet & Telesales' department, while I'm part of the E-Commerce team. I edit e-sales content on the T-Mobile website for the consumer market. I was, for example, responsible for the webcontent for the product launch of T-Mobile's newest product: the unlimited call & sms add-on. Another project I was involved in, is the product launch of the iPhone 5. Besides my web editing duties, I am also active at the 'Brands & Communications' department. For this department I write blogs (blogs.t-mobile.nl) for T-Mobile and I advertise them on social media.

Working as a barkeeper at concerthall 'The Heineken Music Hall'. Within the company, I also perform other duties like wardrobe, hostess, cash desk and administration.

Main tasks: - Welcoming clients, answering of (business) phone calls and emails and the handling of the post. - Maintaining the ‘Heineken Music Hall’ website: adding and editing events and news. - LED-screen on front side of building: editing and scheduling of presentations. - Creating content for presentations within the concert venue- Keeping track of Internet related statistics.

During internship at Radio la Benevolencija, my work included the creation of a brochure, doing fundraising and conducting a research in which Radio la Benevolencija's view on genocide was compared to others.
