I led the communications function with a particular focus on supporting the launch of the organisation’s new business development and consultancy programme. Secondment to Northamptonshire’s multi-agency improvement programme for child protection services established in the wake of a damning Ofsted report into children's safeguarding across Northamptonshire's public sector organisations. I produced and delivered the overarching communications strategy to achieve significant behaviour change among frontline professionals in the NHS, local government, police, schools and childcare sectors. The key measurement of success was the increase in the use of Common Assessment Framework by over 80%, far exceeding the initial target of 30%.I also worked on a campaign to recruit social workers to Northamptonshire. This included creating new website content and video interviews with existing social workers to promote the benefits of joining the council alongside a paid-for advertising campaign.
