Senior Project Manager - Global Talent Acquisition
Current- Rolling out of HR software across 70+ markets and 4000+ stores to support our market repositioning strategy.- Monitoring recruitment operations of our Sales HR persona (our talent in our 4000 stores) to identify and prioritize improvements, managing the strategy for recruitment for our stores.-Spearheading global initiatives within Talent Acquisition, leading projects and programs that impact over 4000 stores across 70+ markets, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic goals.- Driving recruitment innovation by implementing a harmonized recruitment strategy for Sales Advisors, aligning with brand direction and accelerating the adoption of advanced assessment tools.- Leading end-to-end process improvement projects, including mapping current roles, designing and testing prototypes, and developing a global roll-out plan for recruitment processes, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and quality in hiring.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to identify and prioritize strategic improvements in the hiring process, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent.- Piloting and refining recruitment prototypes in diverse markets, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize and standardize hiring processes before global implementation.
