From my senior year of high school to two years at a D1 program, I experienced the intense highs and lows of performance. Two years after an injury forced me into early retirement, I graduated with a degree in Sport Psychology from TCU. Two years after that, I earned my MA in Sport and Performance Psychology from DU. In school, I got to learn the science behind everything that I went through as a high performing athlete. I learned that anything in life can be defined as a performance, from athletics, academics, and ballet dancing, to police work, brain surgery, and business meetings. Through my coursework, practicums, and two years supporting academic performance with Aspen, I have honed a deep understanding of how to facilitate excellent performance across any situation. My goal and passion is to support any individual or team in mastering the skills of performance excellence. I can help you unleash your full potential and maximize your performance in business and in life!...INTERESTING FACTSOne of my goals is to qualify for and run the Boston Marathon. It's a family tradition - my parents have both finished!In an experiment in my exercise physiology lab, I held my breath for over 3 minutes and 30 seconds.I have traveled to Germany, New Zealand, South Africa, Mozambique, Swaziland, Italy, and France.
