- Complete planning and coordination of events, mostly weddings (100+ guests) for foreign clients- Participation on organizing fair „Svatební expo“ (2000+ visitors)- Creating and overseeing budgets, invoicing- Communication with suppliers, venues and clients, negotiating business conditions- Administrative work and communication with local offices- Coordination during whole day of a certain event- Sourcing new suppliers and venues, networking- Responsibility for sales and revenue results of 30 company apartments (incl. analyses, forecasting and regular reporting) - used for client and short-term accommodation

- Resposibility for cluster reservation depratment of 5* and 4* hotels (Art Nouveau Palace, Astoria, Metropol, Ambiance)- Managing team of reservation agents- Responsibility for direct sales- Recruitment and training of new agents- Planning of business meetings, seminars and workshops at Metropol hotel

- Mail and phone communication with guests, travel agencies, corporate clients and other hotel departments- Administrative support connected with reservations, payments and invoices for 5* hotels Art Nouveau Palace, Art Deco Imperial and Cosmopolitan

- Participation in evaluation project of employees at Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady - Analysis and interpretation of statistical data - Evaluation in the final report

- Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly- Assisting customers in locating desired shop items- Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner- Processing customer payments - Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed

- Preparation, logistics and service during events taking place in the Cognac and Champagne gallery(B13, Yellow Spa), such as presentations and cognac tastings for club members, orbusiness meetings.
