 Oversee preparation of monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Managed and direct annual Volunteers of America, Inc audits and coordinates and complete the consolidated audit for Volunteers of America, Inc. and subsidiaries. Prepared and coordinates annual budget. Oversee the reconciliation of our $45 million dollar pooled investment account; coordinates with affiliate participants, Investment Company, and our analysis company when deposits are made. Managed and direct activities of 3 accounting staff members. Oversee the cash management cycle.
