I established and led a diverse communication team. Together, we delivered communication efforts for national and international projects, including strategies, activity plans, web content, news, events (50 /year). My role also involved EU and Vinnova projects, leading the communications work package, administration, follow-up, budgeting, and planning. I coordinated communication work related to meeting places and adapted our strategies as the business evolved.Johanneberg Science Park closed 2024.
